As part of our Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education curriculum we will be attending the Rochdale Crucial Crew child safety event, at Rochdale AFC.
Crucial Crew is a multi-agency safety event designed to provide the children with life skills that will enable them to keep themselves and others safe. As the children start to become more independent at this age they are often expected to cope increasingly on their own and deal with changes in their lives, such as a move to secondary school. The aim of our Crucial Crew event is to raise the children’s awareness of various threats and dangers, in a fun and interactive way. Representatives from the Emergency Services and local agencies will be delivering a diverse range of scenarios.
