A ‘Switched On’ Day for Year 4
Our Year 4 classroom was buzzing with energy yesterday! We were thrilled to welcome Rachel from Electricity Northwest for her fantastic “Switched On” workshop.
The children had a super time diving into the world of currents and conductors, enjoying a full morning of hands-on learning!
Pupils mastered the art of creating both simple and complex circuits. There was plenty of teamwork on display as groups worked together to troubleshoot “broken” connections.
Rachel also spoke to the class about the vital “dos and don’ts” of staying safe around electricity at home and outdoors.
