Year 2 writing
Our Year 2 authors have been incredibly busy this half-term, stepping into the stylish paw-prints of everyone’s favorite beret-wearing dog!
Inspired by our class book, “Claude in the City,” the children have been working hard to master the art of instructional writing. From sequencing steps to using “bossy” imperative verbs, they’ve crafted some truly fantastic final pieces.
To celebrate their hard work and literary success, we decided to live like Claude for the afternoon! We raised a mug of his absolute favorite treat: delicious hot chocolate.
